Structure and working principle
1. Oil level gauge structure: the oil level gauge is composed of float, connecting rod, gauge base, magnetic steel, pointer, etc. Because the oil level gauge seat completely isolates the float and pointer, the reliability of the oil level gauge seal is ensured.
2. Working principle: When the oil level in the oil conservator increases or decreases due to temperature or other reasons, the float of the oil level gauge increases or decreases synchronously with the oil level, thus driving the pointer to rotate to indicate the oil level.
Matters needing attention
1. The oil level gauge shall not be subject to strong impact;
2. The connecting rod of the oil level gauge shall not be stretched or bent, and there shall be no strong magnetic field nearby when it is used;
3. If the sealing ring in the installation drawing cannot be sealed, check whether the screws are tightened, or whether the contact between the mounting plate and the sealing ring is smooth.
Installation and use
1. The oil level gauge uses the oil temperature of 25 ℃ as the reference temperature of the oil level, so the correct height of the oil level shall be calculated according to the measured oil temperature during installation;
2. The maximum effective measuring range of this oil level gauge (standard type) is 100mm. If there are other requirements, users can customize it as required.
