SPL and DPL mesh oil filters are suitable for filtering various types of thin oil lubricating devices, and are used in various industrial sectors such as petroleum, electric power, chemical industry, metallurgy, building materials, light industry, etc. to improve the cleanliness of oil.
The mesh type oil filter is divided into SPL double cylinder series and DPL single cylinder series. The oil filter is reliable in operation, convenient in maintenance, and does not need other power sources. The filter element is made of metal wire mesh, which has the characteristics of high strength, large oil passing capacity, ensuring filtering accuracy, and easy to clean. The SPL double cylinder series can realize non-stop switching and cleaning during the operation of the main engine.
SPL-32 double cylinder folding screen oil filter is mainly composed of shell, filter element assembly, conversion valve body and other parts. The shell of SPL-32 is made of cast aluminum alloy. The oil filter is composed of two filter element cavities and one change-over valve body cavity. There are oil passages connected in the oil filter. There are two pairs of oil inlets and outlets outside the change-over valve body cavity. The oil enters from below and exits from above. The flange is connected with the external oil pipe. At the bottom of the two filter element cavities, there is a drain hole with a plug for draining dirty oil. To fix the filter, a flange with bolt holes is installed on the housing for installation. The installation methods include:; D - top mounted, C - side mounted, B - wall mounted.
Each filter element component consists of a filter cover, a folding screen filter element, etc. A vent valve is installed on the top of the filter cover for discharging air from the inner chamber of the filter.
