1. The gear oil pump is different from the general equipment. Its electric oil barrel pump runs at high speed, and the grease is easy to volatilize. Therefore, it needs to be added frequently to keep the lubricating energy of the bearing clean, and it is not replaced regularly.
2. The gear oil pump is mainly suitable for conveying various lubricating liquids, so it has high requirements for the storage environment and should be placed in a clean, dry and non-corrosive gas environment.
3. Periodically disassemble and inspect the gear oil pump. At the same time, special attention should be paid during the dismantling and inspection process. Every part to be disassembled must be preserved well. Special attention should also be paid to the explosion-proof surface of the explosion-proof parts so that it cannot be damaged or roughened. These include insulating gaskets and sleeves. 5. Special attention should be paid to the use of insulation resistance. For electric pumps that have been left unused for a long time or used in humid environments, use a 500-volt megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance of the windings before use. If the insulation resistance between the winding and the motor casing is less than 7 megohms, the winding should be dried.
